Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and shoebox, ensuring all original packaging materials are included to avoid damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
